Rules for Exhibitors

  • ​The show is not sponsored by the school system, please do not call the school for any information.  If you have any questions, use the "Contact" tab or message us on Facebook at Alleghany Mountain Crafters.  

  • NO ONE is allowed on school property before 5:30 pm on Friday, October 18 except those who are assisting in the layout and set up for the show.

  • Set up times are Friday, October 18 from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm and Saturday morning, October 19 from 7:00 am to 9:00 am.

  • Upon arrival, please check in at Registration Table at the Elementary School (look for signs).  There will be only one check in station, but multiple entrances are available for your access.

  • Loading/unloading zones are located at each entrance.  Once you have finished unloading, move your vehicle to the vendor parking area located at the side of the elementary school or to the back of the middle school.

  • NO vehicle should be parked on grassy areas.  If so, your vehicle will be towed.

  • Display tables should have floor length coverings.

  • All  exhibitors are required to stay until the end of the show.  Those who begin packing early will not be allowed to return to future shows. 

 

  • Exhibitors are required to remove all debris from their area before, during, and after the show.

Hospitality Breakfast for Exhibitors    

We are excited to be offering a hospitality breakfast for our exhibitors.  We will be serving coffee, juice and pastries from 7-9 am on Saturday morning as you are setting up.
